Red Toad AI provides artificial intelligence-powered voice agent services for healthcare practices and call centers. Our services include automated call answering, appointment scheduling, patient intake, and bilingual communication support.
To use our services, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including HIPAA, TCPA, and state healthcare regulations. You shall not use our services to make unsolicited calls, distribute spam, or engage in any deceptive practices.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our voice agent services. Specific SLA terms, including response times and escalation procedures, are outlined in your individual service agreement.
Pricing is based on your selected plan and usage. All fees are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days' written notice.
You retain ownership of all data processed through our platform, including call recordings, transcripts, and patient information. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not use it for purposes beyond providing our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red Toad Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, we will provide you with an export of your data and securely delete all stored information within 90 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
